Hello, I'm Candice! Thank you for coming to my website. Here is a bit about me!

 

After dabbling in marketing, Radio, and Early Childhood education, I just didn't feel as though I found my 'passion'. It was until I had my daughter that I became interested and fell in love with photography. 

After getting photos done of my daughter after she was born, a friend encouraged me to pick up a camera and go for it.  With her helpful hand as well as my husband, family and friend's undying encouragement, I became what I am today. 

I have been doing photography for over 14 years - time flies! I shoot in natural light and prefer to shoot OUTDOORS in the (very) early hours of the morning, or the hour before/during sunset. I have learned so much over the years and continue to do so. My advice for those who wish to start: follow your heart, never stop learning, and step out of your comfort zone. I have learned that you cannot please everyone, but you will eventually find yourself right where you belong.

A few more small facts about me: Born in Edmonton Alberta in 1984. I have 5 best friends; absolutely love coffee and puppies/dogs; have a 15 year old gorgeous daughter and the most handsome 4.5 year old old; I'm married, and we have three dogs; Blue, Havoc and King.  I am a summer girl, yet love the snow, and love margaritas; Country music and concerts are my jam!  If I could own a farm or get away with a million farm animals in my home, I would!
